Through exceptional coaching and the
benefit of industry specific components,
Eleven Food Coaching Co-Op will
endeavour to lift the standards of entry
level chefs in the food industry, who
have intimate knowledge of cooking for
large numbers, special diets, base
financial and communication skills |

Our lecturers include respected and
internationally trained chefs and
managers from the hotel and catering
industry, this is to ensure that the
learners receive
hands-on-industry-specific training to
prepare them for the real world
